Lenovo has announced two new consumer-computing families: the IdeaPad Vibe laptop series and the IdeaCentre AIO i all-in-one desktops. Revealed at Lenovo Innovation World 2026 on 3 September, the products combine multiple processor platforms, local AI-PC capabilities, personalisation features and Lenovo’s Qira software experience.

Lenovo expects the IdeaPad Vibe to become available from October 2026 at an estimated starting price of €799. The IdeaCentre AIO i is expected from November at an estimated starting price of €999. These are euro-denominated starting-price estimates, not India-specific prices, and Lenovo says final availability, configurations and pricing will vary by country and sales channel.

IdeaPad Vibe offers two processor platforms

The IdeaPad Vibe will be available in 14-inch and 15-inch configurations. Lenovo lists a metal chassis with starting weights of 1.3 kg for the 14-inch model and 1.5 kg for the 15-inch model.

The initially announced configurations use two processor platforms:

  • Qualcomm Snapdragon X configurations with up to 24GB of non-upgradeable dual-channel memory.
  • AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series configurations with up to 32GB of upgradeable memory.

Both versions use integrated graphics, run Windows 11 Home and support dual-slot SSD configurations up to 1TB. The difference in memory upgradeability is important: buyers choosing a Qualcomm model will need to select an appropriate memory capacity at purchase, while the AMD version provides more scope for future memory expansion.

Selected IdeaPad Vibe configurations are described by Lenovo as Copilot+ PCs, with the announcement specifying selected models equipped with 16GB of memory. Copilot+ PC is a Microsoft-defined Windows category associated with particular local AI capabilities and hardware requirements. Lenovo’s announcement does not list the complete Copilot+ feature set for each configuration.

Display options include WUXGA and 2.1K OLED panels with stated 100% DCI-P3 coverage, as well as optional touch input. Some configurations can use IPS displays with refresh rates of up to 120Hz and up to 100% sRGB coverage. DCI-P3 and sRGB describe the colour range a display can reproduce; the coverage figures do not by themselves establish calibration accuracy or overall image quality.

The laptops can include USB-A and USB-C ports, HDMI, a microSD card reader and a combined audio jack. Camera options include 5MP IR or RGB cameras with privacy shutters. Lenovo also lists AI-enhanced features such as real-time translation, video-conferencing effects, content-creation assistance and privacy functions, although these are manufacturer-described capabilities rather than independently tested results.

Design is a major part of the positioning. Lenovo lists seven colours—Chill Blue, Zen Green, Spicy Gold, Radiant Coral, Dreamy Violet, Lowkey Grey and Moody Blue—and says optional customisable keycaps are planned. The keycaps and other configuration options may vary by region.

Lenovo also says additional Intel-powered IdeaPad Vibe models will be available later, so the initial Snapdragon and AMD configurations do not represent the complete planned range.

IdeaCentre AIO i integrates the desktop into the display

The IdeaCentre AIO i is an all-in-one desktop with 23.8-inch and 27-inch full-HD IPS display options. Lenovo lists up to a 120Hz refresh rate, 350-nit brightness, 99% sRGB coverage and optional touch input.

An all-in-one integrates the computer components and display into one enclosure. This reduces the number of separate desktop components required, but typically provides less upgrade flexibility than a conventional desktop. Lenovo describes the IdeaCentre AIO i as using a redesigned “middle-box-free” architecture.

The system uses up to an Intel Core 7 350 processor and integrated graphics. The 27-inch model can be configured with up to 32GB of LPDDR5x memory. Lenovo also lists six USB ports, HDMI-in and HDMI-out, a 5MP camera or 5MP IR camera, and Harman audio. Wireless charging and a touch display are optional.

The stand provides 30mm of vertical adjustment and a tilt range from -5 to 15 degrees. Lenovo is also offering a colour-matched Essential Wireless Combo Gen 3 keyboard and mouse, although the company says that accessory may be sold or provided separately depending on the region.

Lenovo advertises platform AI performance of up to 40 TOPS for the all-in-one. TOPS, or tera operations per second, is a throughput measure often used for AI hardware. It does not by itself predict application performance or user experience, and Lenovo’s supplied announcement does not explain the detailed hardware architecture, measurement method or workloads behind this figure.

The AIO i also includes Lenovo AI Turbo Engine and an Adaptive Lighting feature with Boot-up, Default and Music Lighting modes. However, Lenovo says Adaptive Lighting and its lighting controls will be enabled through a future over-the-air update rather than being available at launch.

Qira extends Lenovo’s personal-AI strategy

Lenovo Qira is described as a personal AI experience available on select configurations. Lenovo says it is designed to work across supported PCs, mobile devices, tablets and wearables rather than being limited to a single computer.

The company says Qira can connect email, calendar and collaboration services through Workato-powered connections. Users are intended to interact with these services through natural-language requests, potentially reducing the need to switch between separate applications.

The practical value of that approach will depend on which devices, services and account connections are supported in each market. The announcement does not provide complete details of Qira’s supported integrations, privacy controls or data-handling arrangements.
