Cognitive resilience may improve prediction of Alzheimer’s dementia
Researchers have identified a measure of cognitive resilience that helps explain why people with similar Alzheimer’s-related brain pathology can develop dementia symptoms of different severity. The finding could improve understanding and prediction of Alzheimer’s dementia risk.
