Human choroid-plexus organoids map maturation and recovery after valproate
A bioRxiv preprint maps the maturation of human choroid-plexus organoids and reports that their response to valproic acid depends on developmental stage. Early changes recovered after the drug was withdrawn, while some late-stage transporter impairments persisted.
