Multi-lab Study Finds DSF Protein Stability Readings Vary
A bioRxiv preprint benchmarking differential scanning fluorimetry across 26 laboratories found good repeatability within instruments but moderate differences between them. The fluorescence readout and analysis workflow also affected apparent protein melting temperatures.
