Stress-granule redox control limits TDP-43 aggregation in cell and lab models
A bioRxiv preprint reports that stress granules contain elevated hydrogen peroxide in living cells and use a locally recruited redox system to restrain TDP-43 aggregation. The findings come from cellular and in-vitro experiments.
