CD4 T cells linked to checkpoint response in high-grade glioma
A bioRxiv preprint links CXCR6-positive tissue-resident CD4 memory T cells with response to immune checkpoint inhibition in a glioma model. Analysis of patient tumour tissue also found an association with longer overall survival.
